Renewing AwehTV is simple when you use the correct Device ID. Your Device ID tells the system which device should receive the subscription update.
How to recharge AwehTV
- Open the AwehTV app and find your Device ID.
- Go to the AwehTV packages page.
- Choose monthly, quarterly or yearly access.
- Enter your Device ID during checkout.
- After payment, reopen the app and check your subscription status.
Before you pay
Double-check your Device ID. If the wrong ID is entered, the renewal may be applied to the wrong device. Use the Device ID guide if you are not sure.
After payment
Most renewals update shortly after payment. If the app does not update within a few minutes, restart the app and check again. If it still does not update, contact support with your order number and Device ID.
